YES, it’s true… I have joined Pinterest. I have joined the world of on Pinning and time wasting. Pinterest is a pretty cool site despite how much time people waste on there. It must be something big if people are spending hours on it.
My Pinterest Observations
Over the past week I have been trying to get Pinterest and understand it better. My biggest observation is of my girlfriend. I was doing a little link building while I was watching a movie the other night. She asked me to borrow my iPad. I let her borrow it around 6pm. Around 10pm she asked me to plug it in because the battery was almost dead. She had been on the site for 4 hours straight. She hadn’t even blinked. It’s one of the best ways to keep your wife or significant other entertained for hours! That does sound a little depressing but still, it works.
Link Building Value
Did you know that all links put up on Pinterest are “do follow” links. This means that Pinterest gives you a link back to your website that it follows. The majority of website out there are “no follow” meaning that the website doesn’t give you credit for the link. They do, everything you put up on the site get’s their stamp of approval.
