I am a big startup entrepreneur. You can see all my different projects ranging from Pixloo Virtual Tour to PPC.org. I’m always thinking of new ideas, tips and tricks to make the world a better place. I’m a big fan of YCombinator and StarupSchool. This past week YCombinator had a big presentation they call Startup School where they teach entrepreneurs how to startup companies and run then like large organizations. Since we all are business owners I think it’s great advice for all of us.
The video below is very motivational, it’s by actor and large tech investor Ashton Kutcher. He talks about Carl Fisher and the trials he went through as an entrepreneur. How he is one of the best marketers in the world that isn’t knows. He is the first salesman of Bicycles in the US, first auto dealership in the US, inventor of the headlight, started the Indi500, founder/developer of Miami Beach, and several other HUGE ideas. He was almost blind but had vision. Much like all of us starting a business we need to have vision. Watch this and learn from it on having vision and becoming the best you. It’s a great story and well worth the watch!
