can be easier for you if you are sure of what you are going to write about. What your blog is about is the determining factor on how many votes you are going to get from the blog users and how many visits you are going to attract. Many users will also write their posts based on what your blog is about. For this reason you should be careful in what you are writing about so as to ensure that as a blogger you achieve all what you wanted.
To start with you should make sure that the content in your posts is useful and unique. This means that you should avoid duplicating other peoples work as much as possible. You should never copy someone’s work and then post it as your blog. As a matter of fact this is a crime in itself and could even send you to jail. Always make sure that whatever you write is from you and not someone else. If a blog user starts reading your blog and then realizes that you copied the content from another site that he had read previously then there is a probability that the user will give you a negative comment and may never read any of your blogs in future. You may also lose you reputation as many users will think of you as someone who doe not have any content and all you do is copy.
Always make sure that the content in your articles is useful and of benefit to the user. Avoid writing useless things just because you are supposed to write a blog. Write something that the user will find worth reading but not something that will just waste his time and at the end gain nothing. Useless content in your posts is likely to give you less ranking or none at all.
The length of your post is also important that should be paid much attention to when you are writing a blog. Studies have shown that many blog readers do not read blogs for long and therefore you should make your blog as short as possible. Make sure that your blog can be read at a short grab without one taking a lot of time in it. Some blogs could also be long depending with the topic that you are discussing. It has also been said that short posts allow you to write many posts and many posts are likely to generate more visits and comments than less posts.
You should also make sure that the content that you have written about is scannable. This is important as it enables the reader to scan your blog and then read it afterwards thereby saving much time. This is because most users do not spend much of their time in the web and therefore writing your content in such a way that it can be scanned. This will promote your blog and you will receive many visitors. Things you need to do to ensure that the content is scannable are to ensure that your paragraphs are short as many bloggers do not like large block texts, avoid filling each inch of your screen as this might make your work un readable. You should create spaces within your article so that is can be easily readable.
